It all started on 24/11/2017, as it was cricket league for grade 4 to 8. Everyone were jovial, some of them were speaking friends that “who will win the league”? I felt like it was a match between India and Pakistan. As the match started, the audience were clamouring by whooping the team names.

The match is for 6 overs. My teammates were playing very well. The grade-8 boys of each team were hitting huge thunder sixes. Each team were tired as lazy donkeys. In the points table, Bravo Braves were leading and then Malinga Markers. These two teams were qualified for the finals.
Here comes the grade 4 match. They played very adroitly. The first match was Bravo Braves vs. Malinga Markers. In this match Malinga Markers won and qualified to finals. The next match was Bumrah Knockouts vs Gayle Geysers. Gayle Geysers won and too they were a wonderful team. They qualified to finals.

Now the finals for grade-4. Both the teams were equally playing but Gayle Geysers won the finals. Now Grade 5-8 finals – Bravo Braves vs. Malinga Markers. Both the teams were stupendous. But unfortunately, Malinga Markers won. At last Sarasa aunty gave the cup to the winners and the runner-up team. Then the closing ceremony was done by Grade-8 girls.

Amrith – Grade 5
