ADMIN ROLES
Logistics Coordinator:
- Ensuring Safety: The transport incharge is responsible for ensuring the safety of the students during their commute to and from school. This includes making sure that drivers and vehicles are properly licensed, that seatbelts are used, and that vehicles are properly maintained.
- Scheduling Transportation: The transport incharge schedules transportation for students and staff, including buses, vans, and other vehicles. This includes determining routes, pickup times, and drop-off locations.
- Managing Drivers: The transport incharge manages and supervises drivers, ensuring they are properly trained and certified. They also manage the driver’s schedules, payroll, and other related duties.
- Overseeing Vehicle Maintenance: The transport incharge oversees the maintenance of all school vehicles, including regular inspections, servicing, and repairs. They also ensure that the vehicles are clean and presentable.
- Budgeting and Expense Management: The transport incharge is responsible for managing the transportation budget, including forecasting expenses and making cost-effective decisions.
- Managing Transportation Policies: The transport incharge is responsible for developing and enforcing transportation policies, including rules for student behavior, routes, and pick-up and drop-off procedures.
- Liaising with Parents and Teachers: The transport incharge communicates with parents and teachers to address concerns and answer questions about transportation.
- Handling Emergencies: The transport incharge is responsible for handling emergencies related to transportation, such as accidents or breakdowns, and ensuring the safety of the students involved.

Library Resource Specialist :
- Collection Development: The librarian is responsible for developing, selecting, and managing the library’s collection of books, journals, and other materials, ensuring that it is up-to-date and meets the needs of the community.
- Cataloging and Classification: The librarian catalogs and classifies materials using standardized systems, making them easy to find and access for library users.
- Reader Services: The librarian provides reader services to patrons, including reference assistance, reader’s advisory, and book recommendations, as well as providing assistance in navigating library resources.
- Library Programs: The librarian plans and executes programs and activities for the community, including events such as book clubs, writing workshops, and author visits.
- Information Literacy: The librarian educates library users on how to access and evaluate information, and assists them in developing research skills.
- Communication and Language Skills: The librarian communicates effectively with patrons and staff, using strong English language skills. They may conduct read-alouds to promote literacy and language development among library users.
- Library Administration: The librarian manages the daily operations of the library, including overseeing staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring the library is in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Technology: The librarian is proficient in using technology to manage the library’s operations, including the library management system, digital resources, and other technologies used by patrons and staff. They also help patrons use technology and access digital resources.
- Preservation: The librarian is responsible for preserving library materials, including books, photographs, and other media, and may also provide guidance on the preservation of personal collections.
- Community Outreach: The librarian is an advocate for the library within the community, building relationships with local organizations and promoting the library’s resources and services. They may also provide library services and programming to outreach sites such as schools and community centers.
Hindi Tutor – Primary
Hindi teacher should be a native speaker of Hindi, which will allow them to teach students the language in its most authentic form.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Planning and preparing lessons that are engaging and informative
- Incorporating cultural elements of Hindi-speaking countries into lessons
- Encouraging students to practice speaking, reading, and writing Hindi both inside and outside of class
